Order Processing

All orders are typically fulfilled and prepared for shipment within 4-8 business days after purchase. Please note that personalized items may require an additional 2-5 days for processing due to customization. Since each item is custom-made to order, we appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver high-quality products.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to any location worldwide that our system allows. Please be aware that all prices, including product costs and shipping fees, are calculated in US dollars.

International Shipping

For international orders outside the US, Canada, and Europe, delivery times may take at least one month. Please note that a package is shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are typically due upon the arrival of the shipment in the destination country.

Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local post office to verify that it was delivered to the correct address. If it is confirmed that the package was stolen from your address, we recommend filing a police report.
