Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for all non-personalized items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at pleasehelp@whackywardrobe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for non-personalized items only and are subject to approval. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item. Please note that exchanges are limited to one per order.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged or misprinted. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
